Interviews and Videos

Rolf-Ulrich Kramer, Diploma-Psychologist (equiv. MA), the originator of MindWalking, explains MindWalking:

How the Mind works (animated short film)

This lighthearted animated video shows you in no more than fifteen minutes how the mind works. The whole breadth of psychological phenomena is explained in the course of seven lessons: emotions and telepathy, obsession and repression, demons and past lives. Notwithstanding these rather harsh subjects the wonderfully sensitive piano music of Edgar Knecht adds quite an aesthetic note to the film.

What MindWalking is all about

Rolf-Ulrich Kramer MA, the originator of MindWalking, explains how MindWalking is about restoring ability and improving relationships, and that running into "sensational" mind adventures such as past lives or contacts with demons is part of it in that it cannot be helped, but certainly is not the actual target of a session.

Origins of MindWalking

Rolf-Ulrich Kramer MA talks about how MindWalking is rooted in some methods of western psychology as well as in fundamentals of eastern philosophy. He points out that MindWalking is open source but that all methods which are considered for inclusion must respect and enhance the self-determinism of the session partner.

No hypnosis used in MindWalking

Rolf-Ulrich Kramer, originator of MindWalking, explains to a client that hypnosis is not used in MindWalking sessions since for the purpose of personality development full consciousness and self-determinism must be kept up at all times.
